Planning

The vast majority of conservatories do not need Planning Permission or Building Regulations Approval, but as with everything there are exceptions.

Your home may be in a Conservation Area, it may be Listed, you may be in a Garden City and subject to the limitations imposed by a Management Company, you may have no 'permitted development', or you may have simply used it up with an extension. Occasionally, a conservatory will need Building Regulations Approival, for example, if it is particularly large.

If any of these are likely to apply to your conservatory, you can relax in the knowledge that we will deal with all aspects on your behalf.
